CombiMaster
KTI’s CombiMaster (CM) has been designed for regions where the concrete needs to be heated in winter and cooled in summer. The CombiMaster is a combined heating system and refrigeration system in one unit.
Thus, both the production of hot water and hot air as well as cold water and cold air is possible.
The CombiMaster is the only solution on the market that offers such a versatile and flexible use.
For cooling or heating aggregates, the CombiMaster blows cold or hot air through the aggregates silos of the concrete batching plant. This is the most effective solution to achieve and guarantee the desired concrete temperature.
In addition, the desired temperature is produced by adding hot water or cold water directly into the concrete batching plant. The CombiMaster is also characterized by its low energy consumption and high reliability by cooling or heating with water.
The CombiMaster is designed very robust and modular, what allows its operation in a wide range of applications. The CombiMaster is entirely prefabricated and completely installed in a container.
The concept of the CombiMaster enables fully automatic operation in heating and cooling modes. For example, aggregates could be heated in the early morning, so that anything hinders the start of production.

Sauter TURBO
The Sauter TURBOs from KTI focus on cost effectiveness. The production of hot air and hot water is performed by only a single burner and works without loss of energy.
Any energy generated by the oil or gas burner passes directly as heat either into the mixing water or as a hot gas-air mixture through the aggregate silos and sand silos.
Turbo (hot water / hot air)
With the Sauter TURBO from KTI, cost awareness is paramount. The generation of hot air and hot water only requires one burner and works without loss of energy. The Sauter TURBO enables concrete production of up to 50m³ per hour at an outside temperature of -10 ° C. Any energy that is generated by the oil burner or gas burner goes directly as thermal energy either into the mixing water or as a hot gas / air mixture into the rock silos and sand silos. Therefore, there is no need for a chimney.
The concept of the TURBO is based on the long-term proven components of the Sauter heating systems. The best possible materials are used. These include the stainless steel heat exchanger, the well-insulated hot water tank in various sizes and the reliable burner technology with an output of 750 to just under 1,500 kW.
Depending on the version, the TURBO also offers the STEAM function for the quickest defrosting of the rock. A humidified exhaust-air mixture ensures maximum effectiveness at high air temperatures, which allows concrete production to start at short notice.
The Sauter Turbo is available in different versions, which essentially differ only in the distribution of energy for the production of hot water and hot air.
TURBO Splash
The TURBO Splash produces hot water (70%) and hot air (30%) with a water output of up to 22,500 l / h. Like all TURBOs, it does not require a chimney, as all of the energy supplied is used 100%.

TURBO Dragon
The TURBO Dragon produces up to 3,500 m³ of steam plus hot water. The energy supplied is used 100% for steaming or for thawing of aggregates. Therefore, the TURBO Dragon does not need a separate chimney.
Features KTI Sauter TURBO Dragon:

Sauter BOOSTER
KTI’s Sauter BOOSTER is a combined system that produces hot water and hot air in one unit. Thanks to maximum efficiency, the BOOSTER reduces both energy consumption and the related costs.
This is the effect of utilizing the exhaust gases by a special gas-water heat exchanger after the combustion chamber.
Booster (Hot Water & Hot Air)
The Sauter BOOSTER from KTI is a combination system and generates hot water and hot air in one device. With maximum efficiency, the BOOSTER lowers both energy consumption and the resulting costs, since the exhaust gases enter a special flue gas / water heat exchanger after the combustion chamber. The exhaust gas temperature is reduced to approx. 70 ° C, and energy is taken from the kettle to preheat the fresh air drawn in and supplied to the supply air in front of the combustion chamber.
Due to the low volume flow of the exhaust gases, which is only generated by a small burner fan, there are losses of less than 3% of the total output. Consumption figures for a customer from Moscow who uses the BOOSTER with Efficiency Package under the winter conditions there demonstrate that oil consumption of only 0.7 liters per m³ of concrete is possible.
An investment that pays off, because with the use of this heat exchanger, the efficiency increases again by 10% to up to 97%. Overheating of the hot water in the storage tank is also prevented, which significantly reduces the forced shutdown of the burner.
