Cold Water / Flake Ice Plant (ICWP-FLIP)
KTI’s combined plants (ICWP-FLIP) consolidate the production of cold water or ice water and the generation of flake ice into one unit. In addition to lower investments the high potential for energy savings compared to 2 conventional plants are in the focus.
Over a period of one year energy savings up to 30% can be achieved. Further, costs for required space decrease since the the plant is built into one container and commissioning cost can be saved.

CombiMaster (CM)
KTI’s CombiMaster (CM) has been designed for regions where the concrete needs to be heated in winter and cooled in summer. The CombiMaster is a combined heating system and refrigeration system in one unit.
Thus, both the production of hot water and hot air, as well as cold water and cold air, is possible. The CombiMaster is the only solution on the market that offers such a versatile and flexible use.
CombiMaster (Cold Air & Cold Water / Hot Air & Hot Water)
For cooling or heating aggregates, the CombiMaster blows cold or hot air through the aggregates silos of the concrete batching plant. This is the most effective solution to achieve and guarantee the desired concrete temperature.
In addition, the desired temperature is produced by adding hot water or cold water directly into the concrete batching plant. The CombiMaster is also characterized by its low energy consumption and high reliability by cooling or heating with water.
The CombiMaster is designed very robust and modular, what allows its operation in a wide range of applications. The CombiMaster is entirely prefabricated and completely installed in a container.
The concept of the CombiMaster enables fully automatic operation in heating and cooling modes. For example, aggregates could be heated in the early morning, so that anything hinders the start of production.
