SAUTER Concrete & Silo Heating SystemsHot Water Stations (HWS)
All KTI Sauter Hot Water Stations (HWS) are tailored to the needs of common concrete batching plants in terms of system performance and hot water volume. The robust design of the equipment with a stainless steel vessel as well as the high quality insulation guarantee an extremely long lifecycle. With exhaust gas temperatures of only approx. +70 °C, the new hot water stations utilize the generated heat energy almost completely and offer maximum efficiency.
The plants are operated pressure-less, which spares annual, recurring inspections and ultimately reduces the direct, ongoing operating costs.
KTI Sauter Hot Water Stations can be used extremely flexibly. On the one hand, the proven burner is available in various sizes for heating with oil or gas. On the other hand, the system can be optionally equipped with an efficiency package and thus achieve an efficiency of up to 97%. By using a heat transfer station, the fresh water is preheated from the supply network and thus the energy is fed back into the boiler.
